Wellness Coaching
Wellness coaching takes a holistic approach to what creates a feeling of being balanced and healthy. The client defines their unique wellness categories. Common (and well-researched) categories may include physical health, emotional health, spiritual health, relational satisfaction, financial security, career, learning and development, sense of purpose and passion, and contribution. Wellness coaching includes the creation and implementation of a wellness action plan. Wellness coaching is frequently integrated into individual therapy programs.
