Kate is a licensed independent clinical social worker and clinical psychotherapist. Kate completed her graduate education at Augsburg University in Minnesota with a focus on multicultural and clinical practice.
Kate has training and education in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Kate is also a Certified Clinical trauma Professional.
