Melissa Socki

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to get to know me! I am so excited to be a part of the River Pines Counseling team. I am the Client Care Coordinator at River Pines. My role is to guide you from start to finish as you establish your therapeutic relationship with our providers.

I started my professional career in the beauty industry, developing new business and implementing training and development programs. After having children, I migrated into the mental health world. I wanted to focus on my true passion and lean back into my sociology degree from the University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse. I haven’t looked back!

I appreciate the unique opportunity to facilitate our intake process, which results in a pivotal therapeutic relationship for each client. I believe each client deserves just the right therapist and supportive clinic services. My goal in partnering with you on your therapeutic pathway is to provide you with the most reliable, confidential, and comforting care.

I am a Midwest mom of two amazing boys! We love spending our time together on the weekends heading to the racetrack where both boys race BMX bikes. Our youngest just started this year; he’s two!
In our free time my husband and I enjoy small home projects and getting outside with the family and our two pups. We are in the land of 10,000 lakes so when they are not frozen, we spend as much time on the water as we can boating, swimming, fishing, and enjoying the sun on our skin.

Hi there, I am Kerri, and I am here to ensure that your health insurance experience with River Pines Counseling is the best it could possibly be!

I will advocate for any claims that may have issues and make sure everything is billed appropriately according to your policy. I will be the liaison between River Pines Counseling and your health insurance company.

My undergraduate degree is in psychology and my graduate degree is in healthcare administration. I have worked with corporations in the past in both risk management and compensation.

I enjoy being able to troubleshoot complex insurance issues and being able to provide my clients with peace of mind regarding all things insurance. I love the energy and kindness that River Pines Counseling provides to its patients as well as the team members. This is a place that values all walks of life, all passions, and promotes trust and a sense of overall wellbeing.

My husband and I have three young children, Maverick (6), Lucy (3), and Leonardo (1). We enjoy spending as much time as possible outside and enjoy sharing nature with the kids and our two dogs. Fun fact, when I was little, I had a sweet pet turtle named Buttercup. I enjoy creatures of all shapes and sizes!
