Clare Beardsley

Clare Beardsley is a licensed independent mental health counselor and clinical psychotherapist (Minnesota/LPCC/4146). She completed her graduate education at Seton Hill University in Pennsylvania. Clare achieved a Master of Arts degree in art therapy with a specialization in counseling (MA). Clare is art therapy trained and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) certified. She has specialty in adoption, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, stress, anxiety, depression, adult and adolescent mental health, and relationships. Clare utilizes several therapy methods, such as Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Attachment Therapy. 

Clare achieved her TF-CBT certification through the TF-CBT Therapist Certification Program. Clare earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from Concordia University, St. Paul.

Outside of the clinic, Clare is an artist, nature enthusiast, and loves family and dog time.
